• Risk, Gaylan's Gamblers Choice MH WCX** (Rosie Higdon & Gayle) earned her final Master Hunter (MH) leg to qualify her for the 2008 Master National Retriever Championship. She will not be running the Master National this year since it was scheduled concurrent with the Golden Retriever National Specialty (what is that about?) but we are thrilled that she is qualified.
• Roy, Gaylan's Royal Flush MH WC** (Charlie and Lauren Mancuso) earned his fifth MH leg making him our second MH dog! A huge congratulations to Charlie and Lauran on Roy's achievement and thanks again to John and Nancy Miner for the fabulous job they have done with this young dog.
• Skye, Gaylan's Winning Colors SH WC (Charlie and Lauran Mancuso and Gayle Watkins) passed her third Master Hunter (MH) test.
• Shiloh, Gaylan's Drummer Boy SH AX MXJ WC (Linda Lowy) finished Senior Hunter (SH) title. A huge congratulations to Linda, Shiloh and Mitch White who has helped with Shiloh's training.
• Tango, SHR Gaylan's One Step Atta Time CDX JH AX AXJ NF RN WCX CGC (Pat and Randy McKinney) WON the Yankee Waterfowlers' All-Breed Open Singles Series and earned her 9th MX leg with and her 8th MXJ leg, both with 3rd places. How is that for multipurpose? Tango's housemate QQd today and earned more points toward her MACH.
• Chex, Gaylan's Party of One JH AX OAJ WCX VC CCA (Marcy Burke) finished her AX title with a class win, earned her second AXJ leg and earned her first MX leg.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned his third QQ with a 4th in Standard.
• His sister, Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX RN TD MX MXJ XF CGC TDI TN-N (Gail Kraeuter) earned another QQ on her way to her MACH..
• Goose, Can CH. Gaylan's Born to Fly JH MX MXJ WCX CCA OS ADHF (Lise Pratt) took 3rd place in Excellent B JWW.
• Kinsey, Gaylan's Going to the River NA NAJ (Terri Campbell) entered Open for the first time and earned her first OA leg with a 2nd place and her first OAJ leg with a 3rd place.
• Abbi, U-CH C-ATCH U-AGII U-CD Gaylan's High Flying Abbi CD JH MX MXJ NF RA CCA OD AD (Pat Swallows) finished her USDAA Agility Dog (AD) title and Q'd in 4 of 8 classes.
• Abbi's daughter, Chime, Gaylan's Wind Chime Melody NAJ (Pat Swallows) qualified in 5 of 6 classes in USDAA with all 1st places.
• Wyeth, Gaylan's Chaddsford Sunset WC (Sue Wieder) took took 3rd place in Sweeps at the Lenape Specialty and 4th the next day in 12-18 dogs.

• Risk, Gaylan's Gamblers Choice MH WCX** (Rosie Higdon & Gayle) earned another Master Hunter (MH) leg and hopes to qualify for the 2008 Master National shortly.
• Skye, Gaylan's Winning Colors SH WC (Charlie and Lauran Mancuso and Gayle Watkins) passed her second Master Hunter (MH) test.
• Kite, Gaylan's Dancing in the Wind AX AXJ TDX (Blanche Wisniewski & Carol Stepczuk) earned her second Master Excellent (MX) leg with a 3rd place.
• Bebop, Gaylan's Bop Till You Drop CD RA (Mardee Kayser) earned his first Novice Agility Jumpers (NAJ) leg with a 2nd place.
• The Dream Litter are growing well. You can see photos and follow their news on our blog.
• The Comedy Litter is underway. Dart was bred over the weekend to AFTCH MHR Wynwood's Jokers Are Wild MNH CD WCX Can. CDX MH WCX QAA. Puppies should be here in late June.

• We had a lot of brother-sister success this weekend.
  • The Gambling litter duo, Risk and Roy rocked it at the Ohio hunt test. Risk, Gaylan's Gamblers Choice MH WCX** (Rosie Higdon & Gayle) earned her fifth Master Hunter (MH) leg to make her Gaylan's first Master Hunter. We are so proud of this wonderful dog and so grateful for the care and training given to her by John and Nancy Miner. Roy, Gaylan's Royal Flush SH WC** (Charlie and Lauren Mancuso) earned his fourth MH leg and is sure to finish his title soon.
  • Dancing Litter pups, Brita and Jerry debuted in AKC agility this weekend. Brita, Gaylan's Water Dancer of Emeline CD JH WCX (Mary Hilderbrandt) earned her first Novice Agility (NA) and two Novice Agility Jumpers (NAJ) legs with two firsts and one second place from Novice A. Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) entered his first AKC agility trial and came home with his first NA leg and 3rd place. Jerry also took 2nd in Graduate Novice at an obedience trial on Saturday.
  • Music Litter pups, Bryce and Chime were not to be outdone. Bryce, Gaylan's Brass Fire 'n Ice CL-1 (Jo Kuschel) debuted in AKC agility and won his Jumpers class for his first NAJ leg. Chime , Gaylan's Wind Chime Melody NAJ (Pat Swallows) finished her Novice Agility Jumpers (NAJ) title, winning her class on Sunday and taking 2nd place on Saturday.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned another MXJ leg with a 1st place (and I was there to cheer him on, finally)!
• Tango, SHR Gaylan's One Step Atta Time CDX JH AX AXJ NF RN WCX CGC (Pat and Randy McKinney) earned her eighth MX leg with a 3rd place in the 24" Exc B Std class. Tango's housemate, Becky kept closing in on her MACH with additional MACH points today.
• Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX RN TD MX MXJ XF CGC TDI TN-N (Gail Kraeuter) won her Excellent B JWW class..
• Chex, Gaylan's Party of One JH OA OAJ CCA WCX (Marcy Burke) earned her second AX leg with a 1st place.
• Zahra, Gaylan's Fire in the Sky CGC (Deb D'Elia) took 1st place with a 195 in Novice obedience at a match.

• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam UDT OA AXJ OF RAE2 CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) earned her Open FAST title with a class win and a perfect score.
• Brita, Gaylan's Water Dancer of Emeline CD JH WCX (Mary Hilderbrandt) finished her Companion Dog (CD) title in three straight trials with three placements.
• Kinsey, Gaylan's Going to the River NA NAJ (Terri Campbell) earned her Novice Agility and Novice Agility Jumpers titles.
• Brass, Gaylan's Earth, Wind and Fire CGC (Rosie Higdon) earned his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) at 9 months of age.
• Finn, Gaylan's Finnegan Wake CGC (Teri Zgoda) earned his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) at 9 months of age.
• Risk, Gaylan's Gamblers Choice SH WCX** (Rosie Higdon & Gayle) earned her fourth Master Hunter (MH) leg at the first test of the season.
• Dauber, Gaylan's West Point Whistler UD JH WC (Sharon Albright) earned his fourth Utility Dog Excellent (UDX) leg with two 4th places.
• Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX RN TD MX MXJ XF CGC TDI TN-N (Gail Kraeuter) had a QQ and took 2nd place in the Excellent FAST class.
• Goose, Can CH. Gaylan's Born to Fly JH MX MXJ WCX CCA OS ADHF (Lise Pratt) earned his twelfth QQ with a 1st and 3rd places.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned his second QQ with two 2nd places, as well as another MX leg with a 1st place and an MXJ leg with a 4th place.
• Dart, Gaylan's Fly Like the Wind JH AX AXJ WC (Lise Pratt) earned her third MXJ leg and her first MX leg with a 3rd place.
• Kite, Gaylan's Dancing in the Wind AX AXJ TDX (Blanche Wisniewski & Carol Stepczuk) earned her first Master Excellent (MX) leg.
• Feo, Gaylan's Wager Feodor P Palius CGC (Liz Palius) earned his first Novice FAST leg with a 1st place.
• Wyeth, Gaylan's Chaddsford Sunset WC (Sue Wieder) took 3rd place in Steady Singles at the Westchester Retriever Club spring trial.
• Gaylan's puppies had a great time at the PVGRC Field Day. Jig, Gaylan's Irish Ceili Dancer (Sandy Ziemski) took first place in the senior (9-12 mo) stake. Bang, Gaylan's Fire When Ready (Pat Kavanaugh) took first in the junior (6-9 mo) stake and baby Reese, Gaylan's P'Nut Butter Cup Sundae (Sharon Albright) took 3rd place in the junior (6-9 mo) stake at 6 months and a week.
• Bette, Gaylan's Bet On It At Terrevern OA OAJ CL2-R,F,H,S CGC (Phoebe Teramoto) earned her CPE Standard Level 3 title as well as two Level 3 games titles, as well as earning two Level 4 Jumpers legs. Housemate Diva had an equally good weekend. Both girls qualified in 9 of 10 runs with 9 1st places each.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) won his NADAC jumpers class.

• Taitt, Gaylan's Saffron Pop the Cork TD (Lisa Newton) earned her Tracking Dog (TD) title on her first attempt at just 15 months of age.

• Tango, SHR Gaylan's One Step Atta Time CDX JH AX AXJ NF RN WCX CGC (Pat and Randy McKinney) earned her seventh MX leg with a 1st place in the 24" Exc B Std class. Tango's housemate, Becky also took first place in the Exc B Std 20" class.
• Goose, Can CH. Gaylan's Born to Fly JH MX MXJ WCX CCA OS ADHF (Lise Pratt) earned another MX leg with a 2nd place, right behind Tango.
• Dart, Gaylan's Fly Like the Wind JH AX AXJ WC (Lise Pratt) earned her second MXJ leg with a 4th place.
• Ace, Gaylan's Ace in the Hole OA NAJ NF RN CGC (Phyllis Covino) earned his first Open Jumpers (OAJ) leg with a 1st place.
• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam UDT OA AXJ NF RAE2 CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) earned her first Open FAST leg with a class win and a perfect score.
• Feo, Gaylan's Wager Feodor P Palius CGC (Liz Palius) earned his first Novice Agility Preferred (NAP) leg with a 2nd place.

• Goose, Can CH. Gaylan's Born to Fly JH MX MXJ WCX CCA OS ADHF (Lise Pratt) earned his 10th and 11th QQs to put him into the GRCA's Agility Dog Hall of Fame. He took a 1st place (High Scoring Golden), a 4th place and two 3rd placements this weekend. He also became an Outstanding Sire when Dart earned her AX title. Goose's qualifying offspring are:

• Brig, MACH2 Gaylan's Brigantine JH TD OF WC CCA VCX (Paula Orcutt) is ranked #21 on the GRCA's Lifetime Agility Point List by MACH points.
• Dart, Gaylan's Fly Like the Wind JH AX AXJ WC (Lise Pratt) finished both her Agility Excellent (AX) and Agility Excellent Jumpers (AXJ) titles with a 1st and 2nd and a High Scoring Golden. Dart went on to earned her first MXJ leg.
• Bing, Gaylan's Bingville Bugle CD OA AXJ NJP NF (Barbara Verga) finished both his Agility Excellent Jumpers (AXJ) and Companion Dog (CD) titles this weekend. He took 1st and High Scoring Golden in agility and a 4th in obedience.
• Kite, Gaylan's Dancing in the Wind AX AXJ TDX (Blanche Wisniewski & Carol Stepczuk) finished her Agility Excellent (AX) title with a 1st place and High Scoring Golden and earned her 6th MXJ leg.
• Ace, Gaylan's Ace in the Hole OA NAJ NF RN CGC (Phyllis Covino) earned his third RN leg with a 98 and 3rd place.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'er ThDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned UDX leg #18 with a 3rd in Open B and his third MXJ leg with a 2nd place and High Scoring Golden.
• Pilot, Gaylan's Gallopin' Jet Pilot JH MX MXJ OF ECC TG-O (Stephanie Schmitter) earned his fifth QQ and another MXJ leg with High Scoring Golden.
• Tango, SHR Gaylan's One Step Atta Time CDX JH AX AXJ NF RN WCX CGC (Pat and Randy McKinney) earned her second QQ, with placements in both classes for her sixth MX and seventh MXJ legs. Tango's housemate, Becky earned her 20th and 21st QQs.
• Una, Gaylan's Hole in One JH MX MXJ WCX CCA qualified in Exc B JWW.
• Bette, Gaylan's Bet On It At Terrevern OA OAJ CL2-R,F,H,S CGC (Phoebe Teramoto) earned her first AXJ leg with a 1st place and High Scoring Golden.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) won the Graduate Novice class and earned his fifth and sixth RAE legs.
• Fenway, Gaylan's Fenway Harp CGC TDI (Diane Driscoll) passed the Therapy Dog International test on his first attempt.

• Traveler, Gaylan's One With the Wind CDX NA NAJ SH WCX (Julie Luther) earned his third Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) leg in his third trial with a 195 for 1st place.
• Castle, U-CD Gaylan's Dirty Dancing Oreo CD TD NA (Chuck Dilorio) finished his Companion Dog (CD) title with a 196 for 3rd place.
• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam UDT OA AXJ NF RAE2 CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) finished her Novice FAST (NF) title with a 2nd place.
• Gypsy, MACH2 Gaylan's Gypsy Pirate AD ADHF earned her 17th QQ toward her MACH3.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned UDX leg #17.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) earned his fourth RAE leg with nice scores.

• Brig, MACH2 Gaylan's Brigantine JH TD OF WC CCA VCX (Paula Orcutt) finished his Open FAST (OF) title with a 2nd place, won the Exc A FAST class for his first XF leg, QQd in the regular classes and earned another Q in Exc Standard.
• Abbi, U-CH C-ATCH U-AGII U-CD Gaylan's High Flying Abbi CD JH MX MXJ NF RA CCA CGC (Pat Swallows) finished her Novice FAST (NF) title with a 1st place and took 4th in Exc B Standard.
• Tango, SHR Gaylan's One Step Atta Time CDX JH AX AXJ NF RN WCX CGC (Pat and Randy McKinney) finished her Novice FAST title with a 1st place and earned her first Open FAST (OF) leg with another win.

• Kinsey, Gaylan's Going to the River (Terri Campbell) picked up two 1st placements, a 2nd and a 3rd giving her two Novice Agility (NA) legs and two Novice Jumpers (NAJ) legs.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) finished his NADAC Open Tunnelers title with a class win and Q'ed in Novice Chances, to finish his Novice Versatility title.
• Zahra, Gaylan's Fire in the Sky CGC (Deb D'Elia) passed the AKC's Canine Good Citizen test at just 7 months of age.

• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam UDT OA AXJ RAE2 CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) finished her UD title with another 1st place. She also earned the USDAA PG1 (Gamblers), PK1 (Snooker), PJ1 (Jumpers) and PR1 (Relay/Pairs) titles with three first places and one second place.
• Traveler, Gaylan's One With the Wind CD NA NAJ SH WCX (Julie Luther) earned his second Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) leg with 3rd place.
• Abbi, U-CH C-ATCH U-AGII U-CD Gaylan's High Flying Abbi CD MX MXJ RA JH CCA CGC (Pat Swallows) took a 2nd and 3rd places in Exc B Standard.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned his first QQ in Exc B agility.
• Kite, Gaylan's Dancing in the Wind OA AXJ TDX (Blanche Wisniewski & Carol Stepczuk) earned her fifth MXJ leg.
• Bebop, Gaylan's Bop Till You Drop CD RA (Mardee Kayser) earned his Rally Excellent (RE) title in his first three trials and added three RAE legs to his list of accomplishments.
• Tango, SHR Gaylan's One Step Atta Time CDX RN AX AXJ JH WCX CGC (Pat and Randy McKinney) passed her first two UKC Upland Hunter (UH) tests.
• Bette, Gaylan's Bet On It At Terrevern OA OAJ CL2-R,F,H,S CGC (Phoebe Teramoto) finished her Level 3 Fullhouse title with a 1st and 2nd, earned eight other Qs with 4 firsts, three 2nds and a 4th place. Bette's housemate Diva earned ten Qs with six 1st, three 2nd and a 3rd.
• I missed this news a week or so ago. Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) had a good weekend in NADAC taking 1st and 4th in Tunnelers, two 2nds in Weavers and 1st in Touch 'n Go.

• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam CDX TD OA AXJ RAE2 CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) Finished her AXJ title with two 2nd places and earned her first MXJ leg. She also took 1st place in Excellent A Standard and another 1st in Novice FAST.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned UDX leg #16.
• Castle, U-CD Gaylan's Dirty Dancing Oreo TD NA (Chuck Dilorio) earned his first Companion Dog (CD) leg with a 194 1/2 for 2nd place. He also completed his UKC CD title recently.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free CD TD RE WC NAC CGC (Susan Palius) earned his third RAE leg.
• Charlie, U-CH U-CD Gaylan's Charlies Angels Fly CD RE NJP CCA TT TDI NJC-JH TN-N N-Dock Dog (Mariann Zelinski) is on the cover of the UKC's Bloodlines magazine this month.
• Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX RN TD MX MXJ XF CGC TDI TN-N (Gail Kraeuter) ran USDAA agility and took 2nd place in Standard, 1st place in Snookers and 2nd place in Jumpers in the P1 classes.

• Ryder, Gaylan's Dark Star's Ryder CD CGC (Nancy Novograd) earned her second and third Companion Dog (CD) legs to finish her title with two 1st places. Ryder also earned her Canine Good Citizen award recently.
• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam CDX TD OA OAJ RAE2 CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) finished her RAE2 title and earned her second Utility Dog (UD) leg with a 4th place in Utility B. She also took a 4th place in Open B.
• Juice, Gaylan's Juice Harp JH AX AXJ OF WCX (Paula Orcutt) finished his Open FAST title.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX AX AXJ NF CCA (Sandy Washburn) earned two more legs toward his UDX2, with a 1st and 2nd in Utility B and a 2nd place in Open B.

• Devon, Gaylan's I'll Steel This Dance TDX RN WC (Deb Abbott) passed the Delta Society's Therapy Dog test.

• Gypsy, MACH2 Gaylan's Gypsy Pirate AD ADHF took 1st place in JWW and 2nd in Std to give her the final QQ with placements that she needed to enter the GRCA's Agility Dog Hall of Fame. This was also her 16th QQ toward her MACH3.
• Devon, Gaylan's I'll Steel This Dance TDX RN WC (Deb Abbott) earned her second Novice Jumpers (NAJ) leg with a 1st place.

• Brig, MACH2 Gaylan's Brigantine NF JH TD WC CCA VCX (Paula Orcutt) finished his MACH2. What a way to start the year!
• Bebop, Gaylan's Bop Till You Drop CD RA (Mardee Kayser) earned his Companion Dog (CD) title in his first three trials before his 2nd birthday.
• Gypsy, MACH2 Gaylan's Gypsy Pirate (Sarah and Esteban Fernandezlopez) won the 26" Exc B Standard class at the Flashpaws Trial.
• Juice, Gaylan's Juice Harp JH AX AXJ WCX (Paula Orcutt) took 2nd in Exc B JWW for another MXJ leg.
• Traveler, Gaylan's One With the Wind CD NA NAJ SH WCX (Julie Luther) earned his first Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) leg with a score of 196 1/2 and 1st place.
• Ryder, Gaylan's Dark Star's Ryder (Nancy Novograd) earned her first Companion Dog (CD) leg with a 3rd place with a 189.5 from Novice A.
• Wyeth, Gaylan's Chaddsford Sunset WC (Sue Wieder) won the 12-18 Puppy Dog class at a local match.

• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam CDX TD OA OAJ RAE CGC ASCA CDX JS-N (John Runnels) kicked off 2008 in strong style. She finished her Open Agility (OA) title earning her the AKC Versatile Companion Dog 2 title. She also earned her first Agility Excellent leg with a 1st place, won both the Open B and Utility A classes for her first Utility Dog (UD) leg and High Combined award. She also took Rally High Combined.

• Roy, Gaylan's Royal Flush SH WCX** (Charlie and Lauran Mancuso) passed the second Master Hunter (MH) test in his second test.
• Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX TD MX MXJ OF RN (Gail Kraeuter) QQd with a 4th in JWW, finished her Open Fast title with a 4th place, won the Excellent Fast class, and Qd in another Standard class.
• Brig, MACH Gaylan's Brigantine JH WC (Paula Orcutt) earned his 36th QQ and in Standard.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free RA TD CGC (Susan Palius) took a 2nd in Touch and Go and a first in another class at his first agility trial.
• We had a wonderful time at the Irish and Fire Litters' Puppy Walk. We had a glorious day for over 50 puppy lovers, prospective puppy owners and friends to join us. What a party! Photos soon.

• Brita, Gaylan's Water Dancer of Emeline JH WCX (Mary Hilderbrandt) passed both the Working Certificate (WC) and Working Certificate Excellent (WCX) tests at just 18 months of age.
• Corey, LornaDoone's Encore! Encore! CD JH MX MXJ WCX CCA (OD) (Gayle Watkins) passed the Working Certificate Excellent (WCX) test.
• Goose, Can CH. Gaylan's Born to Fly JH MX MXJ WCX CCA (Lise Pratt) passed the Working Certificate Excellent (WCX) test.
• Juice, Gaylan's Juice Harp JH OA NAJ WC (Paula Orcutt) had a great time at his first USDAA trial, taking 1st place in Pairs, Gamblers and Snooker, 2nd place in Standard and 4th place in Jumpers.
• At the same trial, Brig, MACH Gaylan's Brigantine JH WC (Paula Orcutt) Q'ed in Pairs (3rd place), Standard (1st place) and Snooker (2nd place).
• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam CDX TD NA OAJ RAE CGC ASCA CD (John Runnels) earned her first two ASCA-CDX legs, both with a 2nd place. Khay's housemate, Lillian took first and second in Novice B and was runner up for High in Trial.
• I've gotten behind on Pilot's Gaylan's Gallopin' Jet Pilot MX AXJ NF JH EAC EJC OCC TN-E WV-O TG-N many agility titles. He has added his EAC, EJC and TG-N this year.

• Bing, Gaylan's Bingville Bugle NA NAJ NJP (Barbara Verga) finished his Novice Jumpers (NAJ) title with two more 1st places.
• Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX TD MX MXJ NF RN (Gail Kraeuter) took 2nd in Exc B JWW.
• Pilot, Gaylan's Gallopin' Jet Pilot MX AXJ NF JH (Stephanie Schmitter)got another MXJ leg.
• Trader, Gaylan's Tradewind O'ertheDoone UDX OA OAJ (Sandy Washburn) won the Exc A JWW class for his first AXJ leg.
• Eight-month old Scorch, Gaylan's Rimfire (Maggie Lukiewicz) earned his second Junior Hunter leg.

• Traveler, Gaylan's One With the Wind NA NAJ SH WCX (Julie Luther) finished his Senior Hunter (SH) title.
• Dice, Gaylan's High Roller Am WCX Can SH TD WCX (Pam Martin) earned his Canadian Senior Hunter (SH) in four straight tests.
• Pilot, Gaylan's Gallopin' Jet Pilot MX AXJ NF JH (Stephanie Schmitter)won the Exc B JWW class at PVGRC's trial.
• Eight-month old Scorch, Gaylan's Rimfire (Maggie Lukiewicz) earned his first Junior Hunter leg.
• Some Gaylan's dogs have been in the news lately:
  • Khayenne was on the front page of the Hattiesburg American newspaper Friday, August 3.
  • Slider was in the Tampa Tribune on August 8.
• Khay, Gaylan's Lady Omar Khayyam CDX TD NA OAJ RAE CGC ASCA CD (John Runnels) took 1st in Jumpers and 2nd in Pairs at a USDAA trial. She also earned a bumper leg in Open A obedience, with a 1st. In Rally, she had two 1sts (both with scores of 100), and also a second place and a third place. Khay's housemate Lillian (10 years old) came out of retirement and took fourth place in Veterans Obedience.
• Congratulations to Pat Kavanagh and her non-Gaylan's golden, Tribby on her MACH title.

• Dice, Gaylan's High Roller Am WCX Can JH TD WCX (Pam Martin) earned his American Working Certificate Excellent (WCX) on his first try.
• Brita, Gaylan's Water Dancer of Emeline JH earned her last three Junior Hunter (JH) legs, thus earning her title.
• Michael, Gaylan's Firefly's Moondance WC CGC (Carvel Gold) earned his Working Certificate (WC) on his first try.
• Risk, Gaylan's Gamblers Choice SH WCX** (Rosie Higdon and Gayle Watkins) earned her second Master Hunter (MH) leg in her second test.
• Skye, Gaylan's Winning Colors SH WC (Charlie and Lauran Mancuso and Gayle Watkins) passed the first Master Hunter (MH) test she entered.
• Roy, Gaylan's Royal Flush SH WCX** (Charlie and Lauran Mancuso) passed the first Master Hunter (MH) test he entered.
• Gypsy, MACH2 Gaylan's Gypsy Pirate (Sarah and Estaban Fernandezlopez) earned her 8th and 9th QQ towards her MACH 3. We also want to congratulate Sarah and Esteban on their rottweiller Sammie's MACH!
• Shiloh, Gaylan's Drummer Boy RA AX AXJ JH WC (Linda Lowy) earned his second QQ and another MX leg with 20 MACH points for the weekend.
• Makai, Gaylan's Wind Off the Water CDX TD MX MXJ NF RN (Gail Kraeuter) qualified in both Exc B Std and Exc B JWW, but on different days :-}.
• Jerry, Gaylan's Gracie's Fancy Free RA TD CGC (Susan Palius) earned his second Rally Excellent (RE) leg.

• The Fire litter is here! What a fun week we've had with the Irish litter born at the beginning and the Fire litter at the end. This was Tango's (and co-breeder's Pat and Randy's) first litter and she did a wonderful job whelping her pups. We have five boys and three girls.
